"And I am sad Esau hated..."...refers to Romans 9:13. If you can before I Baal"...is a play on words. He means, "before I bail", but he uses the homonym 'Baal', because it relates to the previous line, "Burn them up with your fire so strong" when God showed he was more powerful than Baal and burned up Elijah's soaked altar in 1 Kings 18.
