Caedmon’s Call to Travel Abroad to Record
If you’re a frequenter of our Rumor Forum or if you’ve seen Caedmon’s in concert lately, you might have heard some of the buzz surrounding the band’s next album. While things are still in the development stage at this point, here’s what we can confirm. The band will be traveling to at least three other continents to make their next album. Tentative locations at this point are South America, Africa, and possibly a trip to India. While on location, the band will be doing some writing and recording with people native to these areas in hopes that the record will capture a sense of the cultures they will be visiting.
No date has been set yet for the album release, but we hear that the trips abroad will be beginning as early as Spring ‘04. When we hear more you can count on us to pass it along.
